General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop either by consumers either by professionals.

• ConsumerA natural person acting for purposes other than his or her own commercial, industrial or independent professional activity.

• Professional (Entrepreneur)A natural or legal person, or a company with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of its entrepreneurial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual parties and conclusion of the contract

The contract of sale was finalised with Francesco Stelitano, a sole proprietor.

The publication of products in the shop constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded by selecting the products in the shopping cart, completing the order process and clicking on 'Buy now'You will receive confirmation by e-mail immediately afterwards.

3. Prices, shipping costs, payment methods

All prices are understood to be FINAL PRICESVAT is not calculated or indicated by virtue of § 19 UStG. Any shipping costs are clearly shown during the order process.

The following means of payment are accepted:

• PayPal

• Credit Card

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by DHL to the address specified by the customer, exclusively within Germany. The delivery time corresponds to the DHL standard (normally 2-4 working days after dispatch). If an item is not available, we will notify you immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day deadline to withdraw from the contract. Conditions and modalities are described in the Information on the right of withdrawal.

6. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until the price is paid in full.

7. Legal Warranty

The statutory rules on liability for defects of the thing sold shall apply.

8. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer conciliation body.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to state reasons. The time limit runs:

• from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods;

• for partial deliveries: from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last consignment or piece.

Exercise modalities

To exercise withdrawal, you must send an explicit declaration (e.g. letter by post or e-mail) to

You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if the communication is sent before the 14-day deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal we will refund you all payments receivedincluding standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receipt of your notice. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal; you are responsible for the direct costs of the return. You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Note on the status of the return
Please return the goods, when possible, in the original packaging and in undamaged condition; any depreciation due to unnecessary use may be deducted from the refund.
